摘 要:目的:研究叶酸在模拟失重与正常SD大鼠体内十二指肠的吸收特征,探索模拟失重1,2,3,4周时叶酸在SD大鼠体内十二指肠较正常组SD大鼠发生的改变。方法:采用大鼠在体单向肠灌流模型,用HPLC法测定灌流液中叶酸的含量,计算有效渗透系数(Peff)和吸收速率参数(Ka)。结果:叶酸在模拟失重SD大鼠体内十二指肠段的吸收参数与正常SD大鼠吸收参数的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中模拟失重状态前3周随着时间增加十二指肠Peff和Ka增加,模拟失重状态第4周时肠吸收参数较前3周下降。结论:叶酸在模拟失重状态下SD大鼠体内十二指肠Peff和Ka均大于正常组SD大鼠,因此模拟失重状态对叶酸在SD大鼠十二指肠段的吸收有很大影响。Objective:To investigate the duodenum absorption characteristics of folic acid in SD rats with normal situation or simulated weightlessness for 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks to explore the changes.Methods:The in situ single pass intestinal perfusion(SPIP)model was used,and the concentration of folic acid was determined by HPLC.The Peff and Ka were calculated.Results:The duodenum absorption characteristics of folic acid in the simulated weightless SD rats and the normal rats had significant differences(P<0.05).In the first three weeks of simulated weightlessness,the Peff and Ka of duodenum increased with time.In the fourth week of simulated weightlessness,the intestinal absorption parameters decreased when compared with those in the previous three weeks.Conclusion:The Peff and Ka of duodenum in simulated weightless SD rats are higher than those in the normal rats,the simulated weightlessness has great influence on the duodenal absorption of folic acid in SD rats.
