摘　　要：随着我国老龄化进程的不断加速,社会各界对养老适老设施愈发重视。文章从用户研究角度,探讨城市交通基础设施--地铁的"适老"设计。通过实地跟踪调研了解老年人对地铁的日常使用情况,通过问卷访谈了解老年人的实际诉求,根据老年人心理生理的特点,以王顶堤站为例提出改进方案和建议,对今后更好地服务于老年人,提升老年人城市生活体验具有重要意义。With the acceleration of the aging process in China,all sectors of society pay more and more attention to the oldage facilities.From the perspective of user research,this paper discusses the"ageing"design of urban transport infrastructure-metro.Through on-the-spot follow-up and investigation,we can know the daily use of metro for the elderly,understand the actual demands of the elderly through questionnaires and interviews,and put forward improvement plans and suggestions based on the psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly,taking Wangdingdi Station as an example,which is of great significance to better serve the elderly and enhance their urban life experience in the future.
