摘 要:目的观察三脂清胶囊对高脂喂养造成高脂血症的叙利亚金黄地鼠血清中三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平的影响,评价三脂清胶囊的降脂功效。方法叙利亚金黄地鼠120只,按体重和血脂水平随机分为8组,分别为空白对照组,模型对照组,三脂清胶囊组低、中和高剂量组(0.125、0.375、1.125 g·kg-1),辛伐他汀阳性对照组(4 mg·kg-1),依折麦布阳性对照组(2.7 mg·kg-1),非诺贝特阳性对照组(54 mg·kg-1),每组15只,每日单次灌胃给药。于给药后第2、4、8周提前12 h禁食,次日给药后2 h眼内眦静脉取血0.2 mL,获得血清。按各试剂盒说明书要求,测定各样本吸光度。结果金黄地鼠在给药2周时就形成高脂模型,在给药8周后模型对照组血清TC、TG、LDL-C与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义,但模型对照组的HDL-C升高。给药2周后三脂清胶囊高剂量组和3组阳性对照组均可以降低TC、TG和LDL-C的水平,在给药4周和8周后三脂清低、中和高剂量组及3组阳性对照组均可以降低TC、TG和LDL-C水平,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义。结论三脂清胶囊可明显改善高脂喂养的金黄地鼠的高甘油三脂血症,存在一定的剂量依赖性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To determine the effect of Sanzhiqing capsules on the serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in Syrian golden hamsters with hyperlipidemia caused by high-fat diet,and to evaluate the anti-hypolipidemic effect of Sanzhiqing capsules.Methods Totally 120 Syrian golden hamsters were randomly divided into a blank control group,a model control group,3 Sanzhiqing capsule groups at 0.125,0.375,and 1.125 g·kg-1,a simvastatin control group(4 mg·kg-1),an ezetimibe control group(2.7 mg·kg-1),and a fenofibrate control group(54 mg·kg-1).According to their body weight and blood lipid(15 in each group)with single daily gavage.At 2,4 and 8 weeks after 12 hour fasting,2 hours after the administration,0.2 mL intraocular canthus blood was taken from the inner canthus vein.According to the requirements of kits,the absorbance of each sample was detected.Results A high-fat golden hamster model was formed within 2 weeks of drug intervention.After the drug intervention for 8 weeks,the serum levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the model group were significantly increased as compared with those of the normal group,and the content of HDL-C in the model group was obviously increased.After 2 weeks,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the high-dose Sanzhiqing capsules group and the positive control groups showed significant decline.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in low,medium and high-dose groups of Sanzhiqing capsules and the positive control groups showed significant decline,with significant difference as compared with those of the model group.Conclusion Sanzhiqing capsules can significantly improve hypertriglyceridemia in high-fat-fed golden hamsters,which is related to drug dosage.
