摘　　要：探讨临床药师在帕金森病伴高同型半胱氨酸血症患者的药物治疗中的作用。通过对帕金森药物、高同型半胱氨酸血症治疗及药物不良反应等方面全程实施药学监护,向医师提出合理建议。临床药师在参与患者诊疗过程中,从药学角度协助医师优化用药方案,能一定程度提高临床药物疗效,改善了临床用药的合理性。To discuss the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of patients with Parkinson’s disease and hyperhomocysteinemia,we analyzed the whole course of drug monitoring for Parkinson’s including drugs,hyperhomocysteinemia and adverse drug reactions.Clinical pharmacists put forward reasonable suggestions for drug use,got involved in the diagnosis and treatment of patients,and improved the drug treatment effect.The curative effect was also improved to a certain extent,as well as the rationality of clinical medication.
