摘　　要：三菱丽阳公司是全球知名的日本碳纤维生产商,其在碳纤维生产以及预浸料、复合材料下游应用领域的研发技术能力很强,专利技术雄厚。本文先从专利申请分析角度例如全球、来华专利申请趋势,来华专利法律状态,来华专利复审信息等分析该公司2007年以来的专利状况,然后从专利技术功效例如碳纤维原液可纺性、原丝质量控制、碳纤维质量控制、生产工艺设备等分析该公司2007年以来的专利布局,最后具体分析了该公司2007年以来的专利技术发展路线。Mitsubishi Rayon is a world famous Japanese carbon fiber manufacturer..The R&D technology capability and patented technology of this company in carbon fiber production and downstream applications such as prepreg and carbon fiber composite materials field is very strong.This article firstly analyzes the patent status since 2007 from the perspective of patent application analysis such as Global and Chinese patent application trend,Chinese patent legal status,and Chinese patent reexamination information.Then it analyzes the patent portfolio of this company since 2007 from the perspective of the carbon fiber dope spinnability,the precursor quality control,the carbon fiber quality control and the production process equipment.Finally it analyzes the patent technology development route of this company since 2007.
