摘 要:目的了解2018年江苏省噪声暴露工人的职业健康检查状况,为预防和控制职业性噪声聋的发生提供参考依据。方法收集2018年江苏省13个地级市上报的重点职业病噪声专项检查资料,从地区、经济类型、行业类别、企业规模、性别、工龄及年龄7个维度统计分析听力测试结果,分析得出噪声暴露工人高频段听力损失情况。结果共收集1012313名噪声暴露工人在岗期间健康检查资料,双耳高频平均听阈≥40 dB者102745人,检出率10.15%;不同地区、经济类型、行业类别、企业规模、性别、工龄及年龄高频段听力异常检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。私有经济、微型企业、男性、40~69岁及工龄1~3年噪声暴露工人高频段听力异常检出率较高。经济发达地区(苏州市、无锡市、常州市)、制造业、中小型企业及年龄40~49岁噪声暴露工人高频段听力异常构成比较高。结论2018年江苏省噪声暴露人数较大,双耳高频平均听阈≥40 dB检出率较高,职业卫生防治部门应加强对私有经济、制造业及中小微型企业的噪声暴露情况监管,着重对男性、年龄>40岁噪声暴露者的职业卫生防护知识宣传教育和随访。Objective To understand the occupational health examination status of noise exposed workers in Jiangsu Province in 2018,provide reference for prevention and control of occupational noise deafness.Methods The data of special occupational noise examination reported in 13 prefecture-level cities of Jiangsu Province in 2018 were collected.The results of hearing test were analyzed from seven dimensions of region,economic type,industry category,enterprise scale,sex,length of service and age,to obtain the basic condition of higfrequency hearing threshold coss of workers exposed to noise with different characteristics.Results The data of in-service physical examination of 1012313 workers exposed to noise were collected,and 102745 workers had the results of higfrequency hearing threshold coss of workers exposed to noise with different characteristics with a detection rate of 10.15%.There were statistically significant differences in the detection rate among dimensions of region,economic type,industry category,enterprise scale,sex,length of service and age(all P<0.01).The workers who were in private economy,microenterprises,men,aged 40-69 years old and working age of 1-3 years had the higher detection rate of higfrequency hearing threshold coss of workers exposed to noise with different characteristics.The constituent ratios of higfrequency hearing threshold coss of workers exposed to noise with different characteristics in economically developed areas(Suzhou City,Wuxi City and Changzhou City),manufacturing industry,small and medium-sized enterprises and workers aged 40-49 years old were higher.Conclusion The number of noise exposure population in Jiangsu Province is large,and the detection rate of binaural high frequency average hearing threshold≥40 dB is high.Occupational health prevention and control departments should strengthen the supervision of noise exposure in private economy,manufacturing industry and small and medium-sized enterprises,and focus on occupational health protection education and follow-up among no
