内消瘰疬丸联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗良性甲状腺结节临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察内消瘰疬丸联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗良性甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法:将108例良性甲状腺结节气郁痰阻证患者随机分为对照组和观察组各54例。2组患者均口服左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组加予内消瘰疬丸治疗。2组均连续治疗12周。治疗前后使用B超检测甲状腺结节的横截面最大直径和结节体积,评定气郁痰阻证评分。比较2组的疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组结节消失率为33.33%,高于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组结节最大直径、结节体积均较治疗前缩小,气郁痰阻证积分均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。观察组结节最大直径、结节体积均小于对照组,气郁痰阻证积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:内消瘰疬丸联合左甲状腺素钠片能缩小甲状腺结节,减轻临床症状,促使结节消除,临床疗效优于单纯服用左甲状腺素钠片治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Neixiao Louli pills combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets for benign thyroid nodules. Methods: Divided 108 cases of patients with benign thyroid nodules who had qi depression and phlegm obstruction syndrome into the control group and the observation group randomly, 54 cases in each group. Both groups received the oral administration of levothyroxine sodium tablets, while the observation group additionally received Neixiao Louli pills. The treatment of both groups lasted for 12 weeks. Detected the maximal diameter of cross section of thyroid nodules and the volume of nodules via B ultrasound in both groups,and assessed scores of qi depression and phlegm obstruction syndrome before and after treatment. The clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Results: After treatment,the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). The disappearance rate of nodules was 33.33% in the observation group,being higher than 16.67% in the control group, difference being significant(P < 0.05). The maximal diameter and the volume of nodules in both groups were decreased when comparing with those before treatment,and the scores of qi depression and phlegm obstruction syndrome were lower than those before treatment,differences being significant(P < 0.01). The maximal diameter and the volume of nodules in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,and the scores of qi depression and phlegm obstruction syndrome were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion:The application of Neixiao Louli pills combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets can reduce the size of thyroid nodules,alleviate clinical symptoms and promote the elimination of nodules. It has better clinical effect than the treatment with simple levothyroxine sodium tablets.
