中药注射剂喜炎平对小儿支气管肺炎的效果及对小儿肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究中药注射剂喜炎平对小儿支气管肺炎的效果及对小儿肺功能的影响。方法:选取于一个阶段内在院内接受治疗的支气管肺炎患儿88例进行对比调查,其中44例采用喜炎平治疗作为观察组,另外44例采用利巴韦林作为对照组,以治疗效果及小儿肺功能等作为观察指标。结果:观察组咳嗽、气促、发热、啰音消失时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为100%,对照组为88.64%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肺功能改善优于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为2.27%,对照组为13.64%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药注射剂喜炎平在小儿支气管肺炎中具有较强杀菌与抑菌、止咳、提升机体免疫力等作用,安全性较高,但在用药过程中需要密切观察喜炎平注射液可能发生的过敏反应。Objective: To discuss the effect of Chinese medicine injection Xiyanping for bronchopneumonia and the lung function in children. Methods: A total of 88 cases of children with bronchopneumonia in our hospital in the same period were selected as the subjects of a comparative investigation and were divided into the observation group and the control group, 44 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Xiyanping, and the control group was treated with ribavirin. The observation indexes included the curative effect, the lung function and so on. Results: The disappearance time of cough,shortness of breath,fever and rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 100% in the observation group,and88.64% in the control group, the difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement of the lung function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 2.27% in the observation group,and 13.64% in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine injection Xiyanping for children with bronchopneumonia has strong effect on bacteriostatic and bactericidal activities,relieving cough and improving body immunity,with high safety.But it is necessary to closely observe the possible allergic reaction caused by Xiyanping injection in the course of administration.
