沿Blaschko线分布的儿童汗孔角化症一例

摘　　要：13岁男性患儿,右侧腰腹部褐色丘疹10年、增多伴瘙痒6个月。皮肤科情况:右侧腰腹部密集绿豆大小、暗褐色、疣状增生性丘疹,丘疹中央轻度萎缩,边缘堤状隆起,无鳞屑,皮损整体呈S形沿Blaschko线分布。组织病理示:表皮凹窝处角化不全柱,其下方颗粒层消失,真皮浅层中等量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:汗孔角化症(沿Blaschko线分布)。A 13-year-old boy had some brown papules on the right side of the abdomen and waist for 10 years,and the number of the lesions increased in last 6 months with itching.Physical examination revealed that green bean sized,dark brown,verrucous proliferative papules were densely distributed in the right side of the waist and abdomen.The central of the papules slightly atrophied,and the edge of the embankment was bulging,with no scales.The lesions were generally S-shaped along the Blaschko’s lines.Histopathology examination showed that hypokeratosis column in the pit of epidermis,and the underlying granular layer disappeared.Diagnosis:porokeratosis distributed along the Blaschko’s lines.
