摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在对作为中国特色智库系统中新兴力量的社会智库进行网站影响力的客观评价与分析。[方法/过程]运用搜索引擎、链接分析法,在收集国内主要社会智库网站的相关数据后,对社会智库网站影响力进行灰色关联度综合排序并加以评价,根据评价的结果,深入分析网站影响力的现状。[结果/结论]发现各社会智库在网站建设上存在差距,但总体处于同一水平,在网站的质量、搜索关注度、网络辐射力等方面现均处于较低水平。进而提出注重信息内容建设、完善链接方式、引入互动交流功能以及构建网站品牌等优化策略,以期提升我国社会智库网站的影响力与辐射力。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to make an objective evaluation and analysis of the influence of social think tanks,which are emerging forces in the think tank system with Chinese characteristics. [Method/process] The paper uses search engine and link analysis method,collects the relevant data of main social think tank websites in China,ranks and evaluates the influence of social think tank websites by grey correlation degree,and conducts an in-depth analysis on the status quo of the influence of websites according to the evaluation results. [Result/conclusion] It finds out that there are gaps in website construction among various social think tanks,but the overall level is the same,which is a lower level in the quality of websites,search attention and network radiation. Furthermore,it puts forward some optimization strategies,such as paying attention to information content construction,perfecting link mode,introducing interactive communication function and building website brand,so as to enhance the influence and radiation of social think tank websites in China.
