摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为图书馆文献采购经费使用效益最大化提供参考。[方法/过程]采用数据挖掘技术,采集某大学图书馆2006-2016年中文图书的借阅册数、有效读者人数、馆藏册数、文献采购经费等数据,运用Kriging代理模型,构建该大学图书馆文献采购经费预算的预测模型。[结果/结论]当有效读者数与借阅册数保持1:7的比例关系,有效读者数与馆藏册数保持1:25的比例关系,馆藏册数与借阅册数保持2:1的比例关系时可实现文献采购经费用效益最大化与经费的最合理利用。[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to provide references for maximizing the use efficiency of literature purchasing appropriation budget in library. [Method/process]The paper uses the data mining technology,and collects some data of a university library from 2006 to 2016,including Chinese booking borrowing,effective readers,books storage and literature purchasing appropriation budget. Based on the Kriging model,the predicting model of literature purchasing appropriation budget is constructed. [Result/conclusion] The model suggests that,when the ratio of effective readers to booking borrowing,the ratio of effective readers to books storage,and the ratio of books storage to booking borrowing are 1: 7,1: 25 and 2: 1,respectively,the benefit of literature purchasing appropriation budget can be maximized and the fund can be most reasonably utilized.
