内外科联合拔除起搏器感染电极1例

摘　　要：随着心血管植入装置(CIED)使用的增加,电极感染、断裂、设备故障等的发生率也明显增加,使得经静脉拔除电极的手术量逐年上升。对于复杂电极或年限较长、拟行拔除手术的病例,单纯内科介入途径难以达到较好的效果,需行心外科开胸手术。本文报道1例内外科联合拔除CRT主动固定电极病例。With the increasing use of cardiac implantable electronic device(CIED),the incidence of infection,lead fracture and equipment failure also increased significantly.So the amount of operation of transvenous lead extraction increased year by year.For some cases with complex leads or longer years,it is difficult to achieve good results by simple medical intervention,and sometimes it is necessary to perform cardiac surgery and thoracotomy.This paper reports a rare case of extraction of CRT active fixation leads combining internal medicine with surgery.
