摘　　要：左西孟旦是一种新型正性肌力药,已被广泛用于心力衰竭患者及心血管手术患者。左西孟旦可改善心肌的收缩、舒张功能,扩张血管,还具有抗炎、抗凋亡及器官保护作用。近期有研究发现左西孟旦可能对出凝血功能有影响,本文拟对相关证据进行综述。Levosimendan is a new type of positive inotropic drug,which has been widely used in patients with heart failure and cardiovascular surgery.Levosimendan can improve the contractile and diastolic function of myocardium,dilate blood vessels,and also has anti-inflammatory,antiapoptosis and organ protective effects.Recent studies found that levosimendan might affect coagulation function.This paper intends to review the relevant evidence.
