摘 要:为了保证矿山的安全高效开采,有必要对影响采场稳定性的关键因素及破坏机理进行研究。以贵铝猫场矿为例,利用FLAC3D进行房柱法采场稳定性数值模拟研究,分析单个采场矿石点柱的不同尺寸以及相邻两个矿石点柱在两个不同方向的跨度值对采场稳定性的影响,综合考虑点柱的塑性区分布和整体位移,结合矿石损失率和开采成本,最终确定该矿山的采场结构参数为:矿柱尺寸3m×3m,矿柱边对边间距5m,控顶方案为锚杆护顶。研究成果可为矿山选择合理的开采工艺提供参考。In order to ensure safe and efficient mining in mines,it is necessary to study the key factors affecting stope stability and failure mechanism.Taking Maochang Mine as an example,FLAC3D was used to conduct numerical simulation study on stope stability with the room-pillar mining method,and the influence of different sizes of ore point pillar in single stope and the span value of two adjacent ore point pillars in two different directions on stope stability was analyzed.Considering the plastic zone distribution and the overall displacement of the point pillars,combined with the ore loss rate and mining cost,the stope structure parameters of the mine were finally defined as follows:the size of the pillar being 3m×3m,the side to side spacing of the pillar 5m,and the roof control scheme roof-bolting.The research results can provide reference for selecting reasonable mining technology.
