摘 要:湖北某肥料公司生产的磷酸中杂质砷质量浓度较高,需对该磷酸进行脱砷处理。化学沉淀法脱砷是目前应用最广泛的方法,硫化物作为脱砷剂对于低砷的脱除具有较好的效果,但其对高砷的脱除效果需要试验探索。因此采用工业Na2S作为脱砷剂,通过单因素试验和正交试验法,在脱砷剂用量为2.0kg/t、反应温度为50℃、反应时间为50min的条件下进行了脱除磷酸中砷的试验,脱砷率达到88.62%,指标较好,为企业后续复合肥的生产提供了条件。The concentration of arsenic in phosphoric acid produced by a fertilizer company in Hubei is relatively high,so it is necessary to remove arsenic from the phosphoric acid.Arsenic removal by chemical precipitation method is the most widely used methods in the industry.Sulfide as arsenic removal agent has a good effect on the removal of low arsenic.In this experiment,the effect of sulfide on high arsenic removal is investigated.With industrial Na2S used as arsenic removal agent,through single factor test and orthogonal test,when the dosage of arsenic removal agent is 2.0 kg/t,the reaction temperature 50℃and the reaction time 50 min,the arsenic removal rate reaches 88.62%.The arsenic removal index of phosphate is good,which can provide a condition for the production of subsequent compound fertilizer.
