摘　　要：目的编制基于新D&M模型的《临床护理信息系统有效性评价量表》并验证其信效度。方法以新D&M模型为框架,通过阅读相关文献及著作、课题组讨论等确定新D&M模型6大维度的具体条目,形成初始量表;以德尔菲法多轮专家函询对初始版量表各维度及具体条目进行筛选确定,形成测试版量表;使用区分度分析法、相关系数分析法、Cronbachα系数法对测试版量表的维度与条目进行修改,采用探索性因素分析法对量表的结构效度进行分析,对测试量表维度与条目进行优化;采用内部一致性与重测信度法对量表的信度进行分析。结果探索性因素分析共提取5个共同因素,解释总变异量57.462%;最终版量表由5个维度、23个条目构成,量表总Cronbachα系数为0.768,重测信度总相关系数为0.849。结论该量表保留的5个维度建构效度良好,能够有效解释受试者的心理特质,且量表所测得结果具有良好的稳定性与一致性,可用于评价护理信息系统的有效性。Objective To develop a nursing information system effectiveness evaluation scale based on the new D&M model and verify its reliability and validity.Methods Six dimensions of the scale were constructed based on the framework of the new D&M model,through the methods including literature reading,expert discussion to determine the specific indicators of the questionnaire,and then forming the initial questionnaire.The dimensions and items of the test scale were modified by discriminant analysis method,correlation coefficient analysis method and Cronbach'sαcoefficient method.The construct validity of the scale was analyzed by exploratory factor analysis method,and the dimensions and items of the test scale were optimized.Internal consistency and retest reliability were used to analyze the reliability of the scale.Results Five common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis to explain the total variation of 57.462%.The final version of the scale consists of 5 dimensions and 23 items.The total Cronbachαcoefficient of the scale was 0.768,and the total correlation coefficient was 0.849.Conclusions The 5 dimensions retained by the scale have good construction validity,which can effectively explain the psychological characteristics of the subjects,and the results measured by the scale have good stability and consistency.This scale can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing information system.
