摘　　要：碟式离心分离机控制系统极其复杂,仅其部套元器件就有500多个;碟式离心分离机属于高转速装备,额定工况下,其转速高达12000 r/min。因此,为其建立一套完善的健康管理预警系统极为重要。文章介绍的健康管理系统可以在故障发生前发出预警,当故障发生后,系统可以通过逻辑运算给出故障诊断和维修意见。借助该系统,能在很大程度上提升人员对装备的使用、维护和排故障能力。With more than 500 components,the control system of disc centrifugal separator is extremely complex.The disc centrifugal separator is a high-speed equipment,and its rated speed is up to 12000 r/min.Therefore,it is very important to establish a sound health management early warning system.The health management system described in this article can issue an early warning before a fault occurs.When a fault occurs,the system can give fault diagnosis and maintenance opinions through logical operations.With this system,personnel's ability to use,maintain and troubleshoot equipment can be greatly improved.
