摘　　要：目的分析四川省健康人群白喉抗体水平。方法采用分层随机抽样方法于2012年、2014年、2016年、2018年分别选取8-9个区县的健康人群,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清白喉IgG抗体,分析抗体阳性率。结果四川省2012年、2014年、2016年、2018年健康人群白喉抗体阳性率分别为93.69%(1694/1808)、92.08%(1570/1705)、73.37%(1240/1690)、79.01%(1502/1901)。各年的年龄别抗体阳性率范围分别为87.38%(15-19岁)-98.23%(3-4岁)、86.43%(7-14岁)-97.98%(1-2岁)、56.10%(≥20岁)-85.06%(1-2岁)、50.78%(15-19岁)-92.58%(0岁)。结论四川省2012-2018年健康人群白喉抗体水平呈下降趋势;建议开展青少年和成人含白喉成分疫苗的加强免疫。Objective To determine diphtheria antibody levels among healthy people in Sichuan province.Methods We used a stratified,random sampling technique to select healthy people f rom 8-9 counties of Sichuan in 2012,2014,2016,and 2018.We tested serum samples for IgG antibody against diphtheria by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and conducted an analysis of positivity rates.Results Positivity rates of diphtheria antibody were 93.69%(1694/1808),92.08%(1570/1705),73.37%(1240/1690),and 79.01%(1502/1901)among healthy people of Sichuan in 2012,2014,2016,and 2018,respectively.Positivity rates by age group for the four years ranged f rom 87.38%(15-19-year-olds)to 98.23%(3-4-year-olds),86.43%(7-14-year-olds)to 97.98%(1-2-year-olds),56.10%(≥20-year-olds)to 85.06%(1-2-yearolds),and 50.78%(15-19-year-olds)to 92.58%(<1-year-olds),respectively.Conclusion Diphtheria antibody levels had a decreasing trend during 2012-2018 in Sichuan.We suggest administration of a booster dose of diphtheria containing vaccine for adolescents and adults.
