摘  要:目的建立吉林省国家免疫规划疫苗调查接种率评估系统(National immunizationprogramvaccine coverage survey system,NIPVCSS),评价应用效果。方法在吉林省免疫规划信息管理系统中采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构开发NIPVCSS;在适龄儿童NIP疫苗接种率调查中试点和推广应用NIPVCSS,计算调查接种率。结果NIPVCSS开发完成后在2018年7-12月的试点和推广使用期间,12家疾病预防控制中心共开展12项适龄儿童NIP疫苗接种率调查,共调查儿童4264名。在各项调查中,10种NIP疫苗22剂次全程接种率在80.03%-100%之间,NIPVCSS统计的接种率正确率为100%。结论吉林省NIPVCSS的建立和应用极大提高了儿童NIP疫苗接种率调查的工作效率和准确性。Objective To establish the National Immunization Program Vaccine Coverage Survey System(NIPVCSS)in Jilin province,and to evaluate its application.Methods We developed NIPVCSS using a browser/server(B/S)architecture based on the Jilin Immunization Program Information Management System.We conducted a pilot study and used NIPVCSS for NIP vaccine coverage surveys among age-eligible children.Results NIPVCSS was developed and used for a pilot study in July-December 2018;12 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention conducted 12 NIP vaccine coverage surveys,investigating 4264 children in total.Full-series coverage rates f or 22 doses of 10 NIP vaccines ranged f rom 80.03%to 100%in the surveys,and the accuracy of coverage calculated by NIPVCSS reached 100%.Conclusions NIPVCSS in Jilin greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of NIP vaccine coverage surveys among children.
