摘　　要：目的分析中国2015-2017年无细胞百白破联合疫苗(Diphtheria,tetanus and acellular pertussis combined vaccine,DTaP)疑似预防接种异常反应(AdverseEventFollowingImmunization,AEFI)发生特征。方法通过中国免疫规划信息管理系统收集2015-2017年报告的DTaP AEFI个案和接种数据,进行描述流行病学分析。结果中国2015-2017年共报告DTaP AEFI 170743例,报告发生率为79.64/10万剂;其中一般反应163764例(95.91%,76.38/10万剂),异常反应5841例(3.42%,2.72/10万剂)。在异常反应中,严重异常反应268例(0.13/10万剂);过敏性皮疹4798例(2.24/10万剂)、血管性水肿348例(0.16/10万剂)、无菌性脓肿146例(0.07/10万剂)、血小板减少性紫癜89例(0.04/10万剂)、热性惊厥88例(0.04/10万剂)。结论中国2015-2017年DTaP AEFI报告发生率在预期范围内,严重异常反应极其罕见。Objective To determine characteristics of adverse events following immunization(AEFIs)with diphtheria,tetanus and acellular pertussis combined vaccine(DTaP)during 2015-2017 in China.Methods We obtained DTaP AEFI and vaccination data that were reported to the China Immunization Program Information Management System during 2015-2017 f or a descriptive,epidemiological analysis.Results In total,170743 DTaP AEFIs were reported during 2015-2017 in China f or an incidence of 79.64 cases per 100000 doses,with 163764 cases(95.91%of cases,76.38 per 100000)being common vaccine reactions and 5841 cases(3.42%of cases,2.72 per 100000)being rare vaccine reactions.Of the rare reactions,268(0.13 per 100000)were severe,rare reactions;4798(2.24 per 100000),348(0.16 per 100000),146(0.07 per 100000),89(0.04 per 100000),and 88 cases(0.04 per 100000)were allergic rash,vascular edema,aseptic abscess,thrombocytopenic purpura,and febrile convulsion,respectively.Conclusion The incidence of DTaP AEFI was not higher than the expected;severe rare reactions were extremely rare.
