摘　　要：目的探索孕妇接种流感疫苗(Influenza vaccine,InfV)与发生不良妊娠结局的关系。方法通过CNKI、万方、维普、PubMed(MEDLINE)、Cochrane Library、Embase、ClinicalTrials、Web of Science数据库,检索2009年1月-2019年4月发表的孕妇接种InfV对妊娠结局影响的队列研究和实验研究文献,采用R语言进行Meta分析。结果共纳入32篇文献。Meta分析显示,接种InfV的孕妇与未接种InfV的孕妇相比,发生早产、小于胎龄儿、低出生体重、自然流产、死产、先天性畸形的合并RR(95%CI)分别为0.88(0.83-0.94)、0.92(0.85-1.01)、0.86(0.82-0.90)、1.06(0.69-1.62)、0.76(0.64-0.90)、1.00(0.95-1.05)。结论孕妇接种InfV未增加发生不良妊娠结局的风险。Objective To explore the relationship between vaccination of pregnant women with influenza vaccine(InfV)and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods We searched the scientific literature using the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed(MEDLINE),Cochrane Library,Embase,ClinicalTrials,and Web of Science f or cohort studies and experimental studies published between January 2009 and April 2019 on the impact of InfV vaccination of pregnant women on pregnancy outcomes.We conducted a meta-analysis using the R language.Results A total of 32 studies were included.Meta-analysis showed that the combined RR(95%CI)values for incidences of preterm birth,small for gestational age,low birth weight,spontaneous abortion,stillbirth,and congenital malformations were 0.88(0.83-0.94),0.92(0.85-1.01),0.86(0.82-0.90),1.06(0.69-1.62),0.76(0.64-0.90),and 1.00(0.95-1.05)among pregnant women who had received InfV,compared with pregnant women who had not received InfV.Conclusion InfV vaccination of pregnant women did not increase the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
