摘 要:接种流感疫苗是预防流感的最有效方法,但部分接种者未能产生足够滴度的保护性抗体,这可能与特异性的宿主基因多态性有关。本文综述了流感疫苗免疫应答相关的基因多态性位点研究现状,为流感疫苗的个体化免疫应答预测或优化接种方案等提供参考依据。未来研究应着重于阐明免疫相关基因多态性与流感疫苗应答关联的潜在机制。Influenza vaccination is one of the most effective way to prevent influenza.However,some individuals f ail to produce enough protective responses to inf luenza vaccination;this may be related to specif ic host genetic polymorphism.In this article,we review the research status of genetic polymorphism associated with immune responses to influenza vaccination in order to provide references for predicting immune responses to individualized inf luenza vaccination and optimizing vaccination strategies.Future studies should f ocus on clarif ying potential mechanisms of the association between immune-related genetic polymorphism and immune responses to influenza vaccination.
