摘　　要：分析了高等级生物安全实验室暖通的基本特征,介绍了现行规范对高等级生物安全实验室暖通专业的消防规定。提出了对GB 19489-2008《实验室生物安全通用要求》和GB 50346-2011《生物安全实验室建筑技术规范》有关条文的修订和补充建议,包括:生物安全防护区设置机械排烟系统、通风空调系统风管上设置防火阀的前提条件,以及生物安全防护区不设机械排烟系统、综合采用其他防火措施,用经消防部门备案认可的生物型密闭阀代替防火阀等。Analyses the basic characteristics of HVAC in high-level biosafety laboratories, and presents the fire protection regulations of the current codes for HVAC in high-level biosafety laboratories. Puts forward some suggestions on revision and supplement of relevant provisions of GB 19489-2008 Laboratories-general requirements for biosafety and GB 50346-2011 Architectural and technical code for biosafety laboratories, including the preconditions of setting mechanical smoke exhaust system in biosafety protection zone and fire-resisting damper in air duct of ventilation and air conditioning system, adopting other fire prevention measures synthetically without mechanical smoke exhaust system in biosafety protection zone, and replacing the fire-resisting damper with biological airtight valve authorized by fire department.
