摘  要:应对电网业务需求日益增长与智能电表功能落后的突出矛盾,国际法制计量组织(OIML)重新制定电能表国际建议IR46。在此背景下,面向我国综合能源互联网建设需求,从业务场景、业务应用及业务模式三个方面出发,系统分析了新形势下智能电表的应用需求,确定智能电表在电力物联模式下边端定位;面向电力营销、供需互动和营配融合等主站业务,详细分析了智能电表功能需求及边缘计算需求;接着,进行了模块化松耦合式的多芯智能电表设计,包括了计量芯、管理芯、辨识芯和负控芯四个模块,重点进行了各芯片模块的硬件电路设计,并从全局协调角度进行了软件框架的流程优化设计,并针对通信信息交互模型及数据交互方式进行重点分析;最后进行了智能电表样机的研制,并基于实验环境测试了多芯智能电表的性能和功能。The growing demand for grid business and the backwardness of smart meter function are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,the International organization of legal metrology(OIML)has also developed an international recommendation for electric energy meter IR46.Based on the demand of China’s comprehensive energy Internet construction,this paper analyzes the application requirements of smart meters from three aspects:business scenario,business application and business model,and analyzes the intelligence of the main station business such as power marketing,supply and demand interaction and camping integration.Electricity meter function requirements.Under this guidance,the modular loose-coupled multi-core smart meter design includes four modules:metering core,management core,identification core and negative control core.The hardware circuit design is focused on each chip module,from the perspective of global coordination.The software process design was carried out.Finally,the paper developed the prototype and tested the performance and function of the smart meter based on the experimental environment.
