摘 要:目的设计提出战术一线分级救治策略,构建相匹配适应的关键技术群,提高战术一线卫勤保障能力。方法在对我军战术一线面临的战场环境、救治力量和伤情分布等方面问题进行现状分析和勤务需求研究基础上,提出战术一线分级救治基本概念、阶段划分和基本原则,并进一步构建了对应各个阶段的关键技术群。结果设计和构建了适应现代作战需要且具有我军特点的战术一线分级救治策略及关键技术群。结论对于丰富完善我军战术战伤救治理论体系和提高战场一线救治能力具有一定指导意义。Objective To design and propose a grading treatment strategies in forward tactical area and matching key technology groups,and improve the health support capability.Method Based on the current situation analysis on the battlefield environment,rescue power,and combat casualty dislribulion,lhe basic concepts,phase divisions,and basic principles of grading treatment in forward tactical area are proposed,and further construction the key technology group corresponding to each stage.Result A grading treatment strategies in forward tactical area and matching key technology groups with characteristics of PLA that meet the needs of modern operations were designed and constructed.Conclusion It has certain guiding significance for enriching tactical combat casualty care theory and improving the first-aid capabilities on the battlefield.
