摘　　要：目的构建车载移动医院手术室护理人员梯队,探讨车载式移动医院手术室护士灾害救援能力的培训模式。方法构建外科手术单元护理人员梯队,制定外科手术单元护理人员管理制度,规范外科手术单元理论知识培训体系,建立外科手术单元标准化模拟演练流程。结果进行模块式、专科化培训能够迅速提高护理人员专科岗位救援能力。结论专科梯队的构建有利于建立有序的灾害救护体系,车载式移动医院模块式、专科化护理培训能够提高护理人员灾害救援岗位胜任力,提升训练效率。Objective:To construct the echelon of nurses in the operating unit of mobile hospital,and to explore the training model of disaster rescue ability of nurses in the operating unit of mobile hospital.Methods To construct the nursing staff echelon of surgical operation unit,formulate the management system of surgical operation unit nursing staff,standardize the theoretical knowledge training system of surgical operation unit,and establish the standardizedsimulation exercise process of surgical operation unit.Result Modular and specialized training can rapidly improve the rescue ability of nursing staff.Conclusion The construction of specialized echelon is conducive to the establishment of an orderly disaster rescue system.Modular and specialized nursing training in mobile hospital can improve the competency of nursing staff in disaster rescue posts and improve the training efficiency.
