摘  要:鼠害防治仍然是我国西部草原治理的重要工作.在2013年和2014年的工作基础上,于2015年至2016年对红原县高原鼢鼠种群密度进行了连续调查,并对高原鼢鼠进行了复合毒饵灭效的测试.采用堵洞盗洞法调查6个样方的种群密度,用不同引诱剂、不同基础饵料、不同浓度D型肉毒素配制复方毒饵,并检测对高原鼢鼠的灭效.结果表明,红原县2015年和2016年高原鼢鼠的平均密度为36.22只/hm^2.引诱剂可明显改善D型肉毒素的灭效,菜籽油是最理想的引诱剂,灭效最佳的复合毒饵中D型肉毒素浓度为0.10%.Rodent control is still the important work to manage the grassland in Western China.The population density of Myospalax baileyi was continuously investigated from 2015 to 2016 based on the previous works of 2013 and 2014,compound poison baits effects were tested on Myospalax baileyi.The block-open method was used to survey the population density with six sample plots.Compound poison baits on Myospalax baileyi were detected which were made by different attractants,dififerent basic baits and different concentrations of D-type kreotoxin.As a result,in Hongyuan County,the average density of Myospalax baileyi was 36.22 individuals/hm^2 in 2015~2016.The effect of D-type kreotoxin poisoning Myospalax baileyicould be significantly improved with the attractant.Rapeseed oil is the most ideal attractant,and the concentration of D-type kreotoxin in the compound bait with the best killing effect is 0.10%.
