摘  要:在PVC型材覆膜之前,通常采用清洗剂来去除脱模剂以提高其表面张力,但清洗剂会污染环境。为了解决此问题,进行了机械抛光试验,考察了其提高PVC型材表面张力的效果。结果表明:采用软毛刷进行逆向抛光,当压人深度为5-10 mm时,可使PVC型材的表面张力达到覆膜的要求。Before PVC profiles were laminated with film,cleaning agent was usually used to remove he releasc agent to improve the surface tension,but the cleaning agent will pollute the environment.In order to solve this problem,mechanical polishing test was carried out.The effects of the test on improving the surface tension of PVC profiles were investigated.The results showed that the surface tension of PVC profiles could meet the requirements of film lamination when the surface was polished with the softbrush in the reverse direction and the pressed depth was 5-l0 mm.
