摘　　要：以云南橡胶籽油水解生产的脂肪酸为原料,在加水量为原料脂肪酸的0.5倍、乳化剂溶液质量分数为0.5%、电解质溶液质量分数为2%的条件下,乳化分离获得的产品制备胶磷矿反浮选捕收剂,对w(P2O5)21.19%、w(MgO)5.93%的入选原矿,添加捕收剂0.60 kg/t进行浮选,获得了精矿w(P2O5)29.54%、w(MgO)0.86%的选别指标。The reverse flotation collector is produced by emulsification and separation of fatty acid from rubber seed oil under optimal control conditions, which water addition of half of fatty acid, the surfactant concentration of 0.5%, the electrolyte content of 2%. Reverse flotation experiment is carried out with the selected ore in which w(P2O5) is 21.19%, w(MgO) is 5.93%, adding dosage of reverse flotation collector is 0.60 kg/t, the w(P2O5) of concentrate grade is 29.54%, while w( MgO) is 0.86%.
