摘  要:以菜粕为研究对象,采用翻抛形式进行高温好氧堆肥。运用模糊综合评价法评价堆肥腐熟度,研究添加竹屑和有机辅料对堆肥过程的影响以及不同发酵时间堆肥腐熟程度的差异,并探讨菜粕发酵的最佳时间。结果表明,添加竹屑可加速物料升温,提高主发酵温度,缩短发酵时间,降低植物毒性;添加有机辅料对菜粕堆肥发酵速度和腐熟度影响不明显;菜粕发酵15 d,物料基本腐熟,待温度降低即可投入生产。The rapeseed meal is composted by thermophilic aerobic fermentation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate compost maturity, the effects of adding bamboo chips and organic excipients on composting process are studied,the difference of compost maturity in different fermentation time is compared, and the best fermentation time of rapeseed meal is discussed. The results show that the addition of bamboo chips can accelerate the temperature rise of the material, increase the main fermentation temperature,shorten the fermentation time and reduce the phytotoxicity. The addition of organic excipients has no obvious effect on the fermentation rate and maturity of the rapeseed meal. After the rapeseed meal is composted for 15 days, the material is basically ripe,which can be put into production when the temperature is lowered.
