无填料喷雾塔在循环水冷却过程中的应用

摘　　要：针对磷酸厂20万t/a磷酸装置循环水填料冷却塔填料老化、堵塞严重,低效,高能耗的状况,将填料冷却塔改造为无填料喷雾冷却塔。改造后,进出水温差增加2~6℃;循环水冷却塔在三开一备的情况下达到冷却能力,降低能耗及运行成本;采用直角型优质改性PVC收水器,有效地解决飘水问题。In view of the existing problems in cooling tower of circulating water in 200 kt/a phosphoric acid plant such as fillers aging and blocking,low efficiency and high energy consumption,the no-padding spraying cooling tower is used instead of packing tower. After the transformation,temperature difference between inlet and outlet water is increased by 2-6 ℃, cooling tower under the condition of three for operation and one for standby can achieve cooling capacity, reduce energy consumption and operation cost. And the right angle type high quality modified PVC water receiver can effectively solve the problem of floating water.
