圆管带式输送机在半水-二水法磷酸装置上的应用

摘　　要：针对7万t/a半水-二水法磷酸装置在试生产过程中存在的泵损坏频率高、输送管道磷矿沉积结垢严重、输送流程长等问题,提出采用圆管带式输送机作为磷矿粉的输送设备。介绍圆管带式输送机的优缺点及在半水-二水法磷酸装置上应用的难点和对策。应用圆管带式输送机后,提高了设备运行率,降低了能耗,经济效益和环保效益较好。Based on the existing problems in pilot production process of 70 kt/a hemi-dihydrate phosphoric acid plant, including high damage frequency of pump, serious scaling of transport piping, long transport processes etc.,pipe belt conveyor is proposed to be used as transport equipment of powdered rock phosphate. The advantages and disadvantages, the difficulties and counter measures of pipe belt conveyor applied in hemi-dihydrate phosphoric acid plant are introduced. After the application of pipe belt conveyor, the equipment operation rate is improved, the energy consumption is reduced, it has good economic and environmental benefits.
