摘　　要：[目的]解析黄连汤主症与证候。[方法]针对黄连汤条文中"伤寒""胸中有热""胃中有邪气"与"腹中痛",对"上热下寒"病性进行比较,从条文、方药、煎服法以及现代的临床与实验研究,解析黄连汤症状、方药与证候。[结果]黄连汤证上热既是病性也是症状之一,条文句首之伤寒为疾病诱因,以"胸中有热、腹中痛、欲呕吐"为审证要点,黄连重用3两,为清上热之要药,与桂枝、干姜配伍,寒热相杂,药后昼三夜二服正是频频饮用止其呕吐及"胸中热"。[结论]结合方证分析与应用研究,认为黄连汤证与医学中现代消化性溃疡、胃食管返流病症相似,可为临床提供一定参考。[Objective]To analyze the main symptoms and syndrome of Huanglian Decoction".[Method] Pointing to the symptoms of "typhoid fever" "heat in chest" "pathogens in stomach" and "pain in abdomen" of the syndrome of "Huanglian Decoction", based on the research of provisions, prescriptions,decoction, the modern clinical and experimental research.[Result] It is argued that Huanglian Decoction is indicated for "syndrome of upper heat and lower cold". Cold is the cause of illness. "Heartburn""pain in abdomen" and "vomiting"are the key points of differentiation. Coptis is used to clear "pathogenic heat in stomach". Coptis chinensising with cassia twig and dried ginger is used for "syndrome of upper heat and lower cold". It is taken three times at day and twice at night with the purpose of preventing vomiting and heartburn. [Conclusion]Combined with prescription analysis and application research, it is believed that Huanglian Decoction is similar to modern peptic ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux in medicine, which can provide certain reference for clinic.
