摘  要:目的:建立土壤中硒的快速、准确分析方法。方法:采用硝酸、盐酸、氢氟酸体系对土壤进行微波消解.以硼亂化钾为还原剂,用原子荧光光谱法对样品中的全硒进行测定。结果:硒在1.0〜30μg/L范围内有良好的线性,相关系数0.9991以上、RSDV5.0,采用本法对购买的标准物质(GBW07423-GBW07430)进行测定,结果均在参考值允许范围内。结论:对土壤前处理及所用试剂种类、用量、仪器的条件及干扰进行了探讨,并运用于实际样品的测定,快速、准确,结果满意。Objective:Establishment of a fast and accurate method for the analysis of selenium in soil.Methods:Nitric acid,hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid system were used for microwave digestion of soil.Potassium borocyanide was used as a reducing agent to determine the total selenium in the sample by atomic fluorescence method.Results:Selenium has a good linearity in the range of 1.0〜30/μg/L.Correlation coefficient of 0.9991 or more,RSD≪5.0,using this method to determine the purchased standard substance(GB W07423—GB W07430),the results are within the range of reference values allowed.Conclusion:This method discusses the soil pretreatment and the kinds of reagents used,the amount of reagents used,the conditions of the instrument and the interference,and is applied to the determination of actual samples,which is fast and accurate*and the results are satisfactory.
