摘 要:空分设备下塔、上塔、粗氩塔的不同精馏工况影响氩馏分流量的因素不同,使得氩馏分流量的调节方法也不同。以马钢20000 m 3/h液氧内压缩流程空分设备与35000 m 3/h氧气外压缩流程空分设备为例,详细分析空分设备下塔、上塔、粗氩塔不同精馏工况对氩馏分流量的不同影响因素,介绍20000 m 3/h空分设备热开车粗氩塔投运阶段、35000 m 3/h空分设备正常运行变负荷状态的氩馏分流量调节方法运用实例。Different distillation conditions of the lower column,upper column and crude argon column of air separation equipment has different factors affecting the flow of argon distillate,which makes the method of adjusting the flow of argon distillate different.The article takes the 20000 m 3/h liquid oxygen internal compression process air separation equipment and 35000 m 3/h oxygen external compression process air separation equipment of Masteel as an example to analyze in detail the different rectification conditions of argon in the lower,upper,and crude argon columns of the air separation equipment.Differing influencing factors of distillate flow,the application examples of argon distillate flow adjustment method in the hot start-up stage of the 20000 m 3/h air separation plant during the operation of the crude argon tower and the normal operation of the 35000 m 3/h air separation plant under varying load conditions are introduced.
