官山“四化”树种选育技术

摘　　要：在调查江西官山国家级自然保护区绿化美化彩化珍贵化(简称“四化”)树种品种选育工作时发现,该保护区从山上选出长柄双花木、麻栎、穗花杉等7个野生“四化”树种作为新品种选育的主攻对象,从这7个树种中分别选出1~3株野生优树,正在进行物候观察记录工作;在青洞保护管理站、西河保护管理站分别建立了面积为0.1 hm^2和0.3 hm^2的苗圃地,并且采集7种“四化”树种的种子拿到两个苗圃地开展播种育苗工作。分析7种“四化”树种的亮点,思考短期培育、长期培育相结合的方法选育新优品种,对官山国家级自然保护区今后的“四化”树种品种选育工作提出几点建议,以期对官山观赏树木品种选育工作起到一定的促进作用。When investigating the breeding of 4 conversion types as greening,beautifying,colorizing and valuing tree species in Guanshan National Nature Reserve,Jiangxi Province,it was found that seven wild 4-conversion-types tree species were selected from the mountain as the main targets of new variety breeding,including Disanthus cercidifolius subsp.longipes,Quercus acutissima,Amentotaxus argotaenia,and 1~3 wild excellent trees were selected from each of these seven tree species,and the phenological observation and recording were in progress;In Qingdong protection and management station and Xihe protection and management station,nursery land with an area of 0.1 hm^2 and 0.3 hm^2 was established respectively,and seeds of 7 kinds of 4-conversion-types tree species were collected to carry out seeding and seedling raising in two nursery lands.This paper analyzes the highlights of seven kinds of 4-conversion-types tree species,considers the method of combining short-term and long-term cultivation to select new and excellent varieties,and puts forward some suggestions for the future 4-conversion-types tree species selection work of Guanshan National Nature Reserve,in order to play a certain role in promoting the selection work of Guanshan ornamental tree species.
