摘  要:提出一种准确、高效测定土壤中乙草胺的分析方法。优化方法后,土壤样品经过预处理,加速溶剂萃取(ASE),固相萃取柱(SPE)净化,样液经气相色谱串联质谱仪(GC-MS/MS)测定,用空白样品基质液配标,浓度在0.005~0.2μg/mL范围内,线性相关系数达0.9998。对空白土壤样品进行0.5,5,20μg/kg 3个水平加标(n=6),平均回收率为89.3%~102.1%,RSD范围为2.9%~4.1%。此方法可用于实际样品测定。An accurate and efficient analysis method for determination of acetochlor in the soil was developed.The prepared samples were extracted by accelerated solvent extraction and purified by solid phase extraction column,and determined by GC-MS/MS method.Standard solution was labeled with blank sample matrix,and the linear correlation coefficient reached 0.9998 in the range of 0.005-0.2μg/m L.The blank soil samples were spiked at the levels of 0.5,5 and 20μg/kg,with the mean recoveries of 89.3%-102.1%,and the RSDs of 2.9%-4.1%.The method could be applied to the actual sample determination.
