摘　　要：【目的/意义】新时期信息网络技术的迅猛发展推动着高校图书馆的功能发生转化与提升,图书馆功能转化与提升的途径与策略研究是新时期高校图书馆面临的重要课题。【方法/过程】探讨了新时期图书馆功能转化与提升的途径,殳足于图书馆服务的理念,在服务对象、服务方式、服务理念和服务内容上进行拓展和深化,同时根据社会发展增加新的增长点,以提升自身的竞争优势。探讨了功能转化与提升的策略,从对接高校战略决策发展需求、大数据环境下信息科技的改革、创新与进步、文献计量分析、具有复合能力的新时期图书馆工作人员、用户需求和特色资源开发利用等方面进行了探讨,【结果/结论】新时期高校图书馆的功能从传统的流通阅览、参考咨询等一般服务功能转化为辅助学科建设、人才规划和师资队伍建设、文献计量分析、知识产权信息服务、教育育人、校园文化建设等智慧型知识服务。并以北京化工大学图书馆为例,探讨了新•时期高校图书馆功能的转化与提升途径及策略实践。[Purpose/significance]The rapid development of information network technology promotes the transformation of university library functions,and the research onchangingpathway and promoting strategy research is animportant task in newperiod.[Method/process]This paper probes the ways for the transformation and promotion of library functions in the new era.Based on the concept of library service,expands and deepens service object,service mode,service idea,and service content.At the same time increases new growth points according to the social development,so as to enhance its own competitive ad vantages.As for strategy,this paper probes into the development demand of strategic decision-making for universities,the innovation and progress of information technology in big data atmosphere,biliometric analysis,versatile library talent,exploitation and utilization of featured resource,etc.[Result/conclusion]In new period,the transformation and promotion of university library functions shows in assisting discipline construction,talent planning,intellectual property information service,training students,construction of campus culture,etc.Furthermore,taking Beijing University of Chemical Technology library as an example,the change pathway and promotion strategy of university library functions are investigated.
