摘 要:在分析玻璃钢夹砂管道典型缺陷的基础上,分别采用DR检测技术、相控阵检测技术对其典型缺陷进行了无损检测研究。检测结果表明:DR检测技术能够有效地检测出试件的体积型缺陷,而对于复合材料层合结构中典型分层类缺陷正面检测时不易发现,只能通过侧面检测辅助判断;超声相控阵检测技术可以检测出试件中的气孔类体积型缺陷以及分层类缺陷,但由于在复合材料层合结构中声波衰减严重,本研究中采用的2.25MHz频率的探头只能检测到玻璃钢-夹砂层界面以下深度约15mm处回波。这说明2.25MHz频率超声探头不能够穿透该复合材料,不适用于该类复合材料管道的检测,需要探索更低频率的探头对其进行检测验证。Based on the analysis of the typical defects of FRPM pipes,this paper uses DR detection technology and phased array detection technology to carry out nondestructive testing of its typical defects.The test results show that the DR detection technology can effectively detect the volumetric defects of the test piece,but it is not easy to find the positive detection of the typical delamination defects in the composite laminate structure,only can be judged by the side detection.Ultrasonic phased array detection technology can detect volume defects and delamination defects in specimens,however,due to the severe attenuation of the acoustic wave in the composite laminate structure,the probe with a frequency of 2.25 MHz used in this search can only detect the echo at a depth of about 15 mm below the interface of the FRP-sand layer.This indicates that the 2.25 MHz frequency ultrasonic probe cannot penetrate the composite material and is not suitable for the detection of such composite material pipelines.It is necessary to explore lower frequency probes for detection and verification.
