门诊中药房药学服务满意度量表的验证性因素分析

摘　　要：目的验证门诊中药房药学服务满意度量表的构念效度。方法采用整群抽样法,选取佛山市某三级甲等中医医院门诊患者531例作为研究对象,使用门诊中药房药学服务满意度量表进行调查,应用Amos 21.0软件构建验证性因素分析模型,检验量表的构念效度。结果模型拟合良好:χ^2/df=2.488、GFI=0.931、CFI=0.968、PGFI=0.709、RMSEA=0.053;5个维度的平均方差抽取量为0.665~0.847、组合信度为0.888~0.925;受限模型与未受限模型的χ^2值差异量大且均达到显著水平(△χ^2>χ2(1,0.001)=10.827,P<0.001)。结论该量表具有良好的构念效度,可作为门诊中药房药学服务满意度的测评工具。Objective To verify the construct validity of scale with pharmacy service satisfaction in outpatient pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to select 531 outpatients in a 3-A Chinese medicine hospital in Foshan and satisfaction survey of pharmaceutical care. By using cluster sampling method, 531 outpatients from 3-A Chinese medicine hospital in Foshan city were selected as the research objects. The scale of outpatient Chinese medicine pharmacy service satisfaction was used to investigate. the confirmatory factor analysis model was constructed by Amos 21.0 software and the construct validity of the scale was tested. Results The model fitting was good: χ^2/df=2.488、GFI=0.931、CFI=0.968、PGFI=0.709、RMSEA=0.053;the average variance extracted of 5 dimensions was 0.665-0.847, composite reliability was 0.888-0.925;the magnitude of deviation Chi-square value of difference between the restricted model and the unconstrained model was significant and reached a significant level(△χ^2>χ^2(1,0.001)=10.827, P<0.001). Conclusion The scale has good construct validity and can be used as an evaluation tool for the satisfaction of pharmaceutical services in outpatient dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine.
