摘 要:目的探讨两种药物雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月至2019年6月沈阳市妇婴医院病房及门诊收治的支气管哮喘患儿74例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各37例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用布地奈德混悬液联合异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、症状消失时间、住院时间、儿童哮喘控制测试问卷(C-ACT)评分、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、肺功能。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳喘消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组C-ACT评分、肺功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后EOS计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液、异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童支气管哮喘效果显著,可有效改善患儿症状,提高肺功能,促进其早日康复。Objective To explore the clinical effects of 2 drugs atomization inhalation combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods From December 2018 to June 2019, 74 children with bronchial asthma admitted to the ward and outpatient department of Shenyang Maternal and Child Hospital were selected as the study objects, which were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium, and the observation group was treated with Budesonide combined with Ipratropium Bromide Inhalation on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance time, hospitalization time, Childhood Asthma Control Test(C-ACT) Questionnaire, eosinophil(EOS) and pulmonary function were compared between the 2 groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,(P< 0.05);the disappearance time of cough and asthma, the disappearance time of wheezing sound and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, the c-act score and pulmonary function index in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);EOS before and after treatment in the 2 groups were compared(P>0.05). Conclusion Budesonide Suspension, Ipratropium Bromide Solution Atomization Inhalation combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of children’s bronchial asthma has significant effects, which can effectively improve the symptoms of children, improve lung function, and promote their early recovery.
