复方金银花颗粒辅助治疗手足口病患儿的效果及对其血清炎症介质和免疫学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方金银花颗粒辅助治疗手足口病患儿的效果及对其血清炎症介质和免疫学指标的影响。方法选取阳江市人民医院于2017年12月至2019年6月收治的手足口病患儿68例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组给予西医基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方金银花颗粒辅助治疗。比较两组临床疗效、实验室指标[肌钙蛋白(c Tn-Ⅰ)、炎症介质和免疫功能]、症状改善时间和不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组c Tn-Ⅰ、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、CD3^+、CD4^+高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮疹消退时间、口腔疱疹消退时间、退烧时间和治疗时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方金银花颗粒辅助治疗手足口病效果明显,可缩短患儿症状消退时间,改善实验室指标,提高免疫功能。Objective To explore the effects of Compound Honeysuckle Granule in the treatment of patients with hand foot mouth disease(HFMD) and its influence on serum inflammatory mediator and immunological indexes. Methods A total of 68 children with HFMD who were admitted to Yangjiang People’s Hospital from December 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine, the observation group was treated with Compound Honeysuckle Granules as adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, laboratory indexes(cTn-I, inflammatory mediator and immune function), time of symptom improvement and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of cTn-I, C-reactive protein(CRP), Interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the observation group was lower than the control group(P < 0.05);After treatment, Immunoglobulin A(IgA), Immunoglobulin G(IgG), CD3^+ and CD4^+ in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05), the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The time of skin rash subsidence, oral herpes subsidence, fever abatement and total treatment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);Comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups, there were no statistical significance of the difference(P>0.05). Conclusion The effects of Compound Honeysuckle Granule as adjuvant therapy on hand, foot and mouth disease is obvious. It can shorten the time of symptom regression, improve the laboratory index and improve the immune function.
