摘 要:在焊接烟尘的治理中,由于焊接工位的不确定性,使焊接烟尘的捕捉十分困难。正因为如此,绝大多数企业的铆焊车间只要处在生产状态,上空就会聚集大量焊接烟尘无法排出,导致铆焊车间烟雾弥漫,严重影响了工人的身体健康。论文从分析焊接车间现行除尘方式入手,对车间整体烟气的治理提出了改进建议。In the treatment of welding fume,because of the uncertainty of welding station,it is very difficult to catch the welding fume.Because of this,as long as the riveting workshop of the vast majority of enterprises is in the production state,a large number of welding fume will gather in the sky and cannot be discharged,which will cause the smog of the riveting workshop to diffuse and seriously affect the health of workers.Starting from the analysis of the current dedusting methods in the welding workshop,the paper puts forward improvement suggestions for the treatment of the overall flue gas in the workshop.
