摘  要:【目的】探讨早稻茬秋芝麻主要农艺性状对单株产量影响的主次关系,筛选适合早稻茬秋季种植的优良品种,为秋芝麻育种中农艺性状的判定与选择提供理论参考。【方法】以17个秋芝麻品种为试验材料,在早稻收获后进行田间试验,测定各品种的株高、始蒴高度、空稍长度、单株蒴果数、每蒴粒数、千粒重和单株产量等性状指标,采用灰色关联分析法对单株产量相关性状进行分析,并对供试品种进行综合评价。【结果】17个秋芝麻品种的空稍长度、单株产量和单株蒴果数等性状在品种间差异明显,每蒴粒数、千粒重和株高等性状的品种间差异较小。单株产量与单株蒴果数和株高呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。单株产量与主要农艺性状的关联度排序为单株蒴果数>空稍长度>株高>千粒重>每蒴粒数>始蒴高度。综合评价结果表明,赣芝Z15、赣芝14号和赣芝1505在等权关联系数和加权关联系数的结果排序中均居前3位。【结论】单株蒴果数和株高对早稻茬秋芝麻的产量形成影响最大,在品种选育时应重点关注单株蒴果数及株高等与生物量积累有关的性状。赣芝Z15、赣芝14号和赣芝1505综合表现优良,是适宜早稻茬秋芝麻生产的优良品种。【Objective】In order to explore the effects of main agronomic traits on yield per plant in autumn sesame after early rice,and screen the excellent cultivars suitable for autumn planting after early rice,and it provided theoretical reference for the determination and selection of agronomic traits in autumn sesame breeding.【Method】Taking17 cultivars as materials,the field experiments were carried out after early rice harvest,and the traits such as height of plant(HP),height from base to first capsule(HBF),top length without capsule(LWC),capsules per plant(CPP),seeds per capsule(SPC),weight of 1000 seeds(WTS)and yield per plant(YPP)were determined.The grey correlation analysis method was used to analyze the traits related to yield per plant,and the tested cultivars were comprehensively evaluated.【Result】There were obvious differences among the 17 cultivars in LWC,YPP and CPP,but there were small differences among the cultivars in SPC,WTS and HP.YPP was significantly positively correlated with the SPC and HP(P<0.05).The degree of correlation between YPP and main agronomic traits was CPP>LWC>HP>WTS>SPC>HBF.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that among the 17 tested varieties,Ganzhi Z15,Ganzhi No.14 and Ganzhi 1505 ranked the top three in the order of equal correlation coefficient and weighted correlation coefficient.【Conclusion】CPP and HP have the greatest influence on the yield formation of autumn sesame after early rice,and CPP and the traits related to biomass accumulation such as HP,should be paid more attention in the breeding process.The comprehensive performances of Ganzhi Z15,Ganzhi No.14 and Ganzhi 1505 were excellent and suitable for autumn sesame production after early rice.
