摘 要:【目的】优化炮仗花的扦插繁殖条件,为其产业化生产提供技术支持。【方法】以炮仗花的带芽茎段为插条,采用3因素3水平正交试验设计,分析植物生长调节剂种类[吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)](A1、A2和A3水平)、浓度(10.0、50.0和100.0 mg/L)(B1、B2和B3水平)及浸泡时间(5、15和30 min)(C1、C2和C3水平)对炮仗花扦插繁殖效果的影响。【结果】抽芽是炮仗花插条生根成活的标志,其中炮仗花插条以100.0 mg/L IBA浸泡30 min的扦插效果最佳,50.0 mg/L IBA浸泡15 min的扦插效果次之。植物生长调节剂种类对生根率和抽芽率具有显著影响(P<0.05,下同),对平均根数、平均根长和抽芽占比影响不显著(P>0.05,下同);调节剂浓度对生根指标和抽芽指标影响不显著;浸泡时间对平均根数有显著影响,对其他指标无显著影响。主次效应分析结果表明,植物生长调节剂是影响炮仗花插条生根和抽芽的最主要因素,调节剂浓度的影响次之,浸泡时间的影响最小;炮仗花扦插繁殖的最优处理为10.0 mg/L IBA浸泡插条30 min,该处理可获得插条最高的生根率和插芽率,均为61.33%。【结论】植物生长调节剂对炮仗花插条扦插成活效果的影响因其种类、浓度和浸泡时间不同而存在差异,其最优处理组合为10.0 mg/L IBA浸泡插条30 min。【Objective】Optimizing the conditions of cuttage propagation of Pyrostegia venusta to provide technical support for its industrialized production.【Method】With P.venusta’s bud stem as cuttings,with three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment design,the types of plant growth regulator[indolebutyric acid(IBA),rhodofix(NAA),indoleacetic acid(IAA)](level A1,A2 and A3),concentrations(10.0,50.0 and 100.0 mg/L)(level B1,B2 and B3)and soaking time(5,15 and 30 min)(level C1,C2 and C3)on P.venusta’s cutting effect were studied.【Result】The results showed that sprouting was a sign of rooting and survival of cuttings.The cutting effects of P.venusta cuttings soaking in100.0 mg/L IBA for 30 min were the best,and followed by soaking in 50.0 mg/L IBA for 15 min.The types of plant growth regulators only had significant effects on rooting rate and sprouting rate(P<0.05,the same below),but not on average root number,average root length and number of sprouting(P>0.05,the same below).Concentration had no significant effect on the indexes of rooting and sprouting.Soaking time only had significant effect on the average root number,but had no significant effect on other indicators.Plant growth regulator was the most important factor that affected rooting and shooting of P.venusta cuttings,followed by regulator concentration and soaking time.The optimum treatment for cuttage of P.venusta was soaking in IBA with 10.0 mg/L for 30 min according to primary and secondary effect analysis,under this treatment the maximum rooting rate and sprouting rate were obtained(both were 61.33%).【Conclusion】Plant growth regulator is one of the important factors affecting the survival of P.venusta cuttings.The effects of cuttings vary with species,concentration and soaking time.The best treatment is soaking cuttings in 10.0 mg/L IBA for 30 min.
