城市化进程中城郊拆迁居民的社区治理模式创新研究——基于杭州市富阳区L镇的实地调研

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,城郊拆迁居民的数量日益增多,一批又一批的城郊居民正在不断进入城市生活,因此做好城郊拆迁居民的社区重建与治理具有重要的现实意义。2018年7-8月,课题组在浙江省杭州市富阳区L镇实地调研,对60户城郊拆迁居民的生活环境、生产工作方式、生活习惯、交往方式、人际关系以及拆迁后的心理变化情况进行问卷调查和访谈,并根据"以人为本"理念、法治理论、社区重建与治理理论提出可操作性的对策建议,以期破解拆迁过程中和拆迁后城郊居民的社区治理困境。With the acceleration of urbanization process,the number of residents in the demolished suburbs is increasing,and the suburban residents are facing the dilemma of integrating into urban life,so it is of great practical significance to do a good job in the community reconstruction and management of the demolished suburban residents.From July to August 2018,the research group conducted a field survey in L Town,Fuyang District,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province,and a questionnaire survey and interview was conducted on the living environment,production and work methods,living habits,communication methods,interpersonal relationships and psychological changes of 60 relocated residents.According to the concept of"people-oriented",the theory of rule of law and the theory of community reconstruction,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions,in order to solve the various difficulties faced by the management of the residents in and after the demolition.
