多学科合作的ERAS护理在妇科手术患者围术期中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探究多学科合作的ERAS护理在妇科手术患者围术期中应用价值。方法:选择2019年1-6月在笔者所在医院接受妇科手术治疗的106例患者,随机分为两组,每组53例。试验组患者在妇科手术围术期内应用多学科合作的ERAS护理,对照组患者应用传统护理方法。观察对比两组患者术后的C-反应蛋白(CRP)、术后恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果:两组术前CRP指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后均显著高于术前,但试验组术后CRP值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组肛门排气时间、排便时间、进食时间、下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率(7.55%)明显低于对照组(41.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科手术患者围术期中应用多学科合作的ERAS护理,更有利于患者的术后康复,具有一定的实效性和可行性,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective:To explore the value of ERAS nursing in multi-disciplinary cooperation in the perioperative period of patients with gynecological operation.Method:From January to June 2019,106 patients undergoing gynecological surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 53 patients in each group.The patients in the experimental group used multi-disciplinary cooperative ERAS nursing during the perioperative period,and the patients in the control group were used traditional nursing.The recovery of C-reactive protein(CRP),postoperative recovery,and the occurrence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in CRP values between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05),both of which were significantly higher than before surgery,but the CRP values in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The defecation time,eating time,and time to get out of bed were earlier than the control group,and the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications(7.55%)in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(41.51%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-disciplinary ERAS nursing in the perioperative period of gynecological surgery patients is more conducive to patients’postoperative recovery,has certain effectiveness and feasibility,and is worthy of clinical application.
