摘 要:目的:观察路径式质量检查模式在心血管疾病患者护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的120例心血管疾病患者,其中2017年1-12月收治的60例患者采用常规护理,2018年1-12月收治的60例患者在护理管理中实施路径式质量检查模式,比较实施前后护理质量、患者满意度。结果:实施后护士护理质量评分均高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后患者护理总满意度(95.00%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心血管疾病患者护理管理中应用路径式质量检查模式效果显著,能提升护理质量,并提高患者满意度。Objective: To observe the application effect of path quality examination mode in nursing quality management of patients with cardiovascular disease. Method: A total of 120 patients with cardiovascular disease from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected. Among them,60 patients treated from January to December 2017 were given routine care, 60 patients treated from January to December 2018 were given path quality examination mode in nursing management. The nursing quality before and after the implementation and the patient satisfaction of two groups were compared. Result: The scores of nursing quality of nurses after implementation were higher than those before implementation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of patients after implementation(95.00%) was higher than that of control group(75.00%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of path-based quality check model in nursing management of patients with cardiovascular disease has remarkable effect, which can improve nursing quality and improve patient satisfaction.
