摘　　要：政治现象学应该与传统的政治哲学和现代的政治学区分开,政治现象学既不是传统政治哲学的延续或新发展,也不是与当代政治学的交叉学科。政治现象学悬置传统政治哲学的形而上学思想以及当代政治学的自然主义倾向,其目标是让政治经验在自身之中显现自身。通过论述政治经验中的自我与他者的目光、事件(行动、运动和革命等)、语言、身体几个要素,可以阐释人如何在政治经验中发现自我和获得自我肯定,而这种寻求他者认可的过程在事件中使得时间空间化和空间时间化,从而构成了现象中显现与显现者中的显现的一端,成为社会存在和自然事态的出现的先验条件。政治现象学作为先验哲学,既抛弃了传统政治哲学的形而上学前提,又悬置了当代政治学的自然主义假设,面向政治现象本身。In this essay I first make a distinction between traditional political philosophy and political science on the one hand,and political phenomenology on the other hand,and argue that the latter is neither a development of the traditional political philosophy nor an inter-disciplinary science between phenomenology and political science.In political phenomenology,we should first suspend naturalism which can be found in political science as well as traditional political philosophy.In political experiences,we can see that the relation between the ego and the gaze of the other,events(behaviors,movements and revolution,etc.),language,and body are fundamental in our understanding of the self both in the individual and collective sense and obtaining self-recognition.In the process of seeking to be recognized,the impossibility of knowing what one shows in the eyes of the other make the objectification of what is inside necessary,and this constitutes the spatialization of time and the temporalization of the space,which is the transcendental condition for what appears in nature and society.Political phenomenology,as a transcendental political philosophy,in bracketing the metaphysical premises of traditional political philosophy and suspending the naturalism of contemporary political science,goes to political phenomena themselves.
