全容积三维超声心动图在冠心病患者左心室结构与收缩功能中的评价

摘　　要：目的探究全容积三维超声心动图在冠心病患者左心室结构与收缩功能中的评价作用。方法取我院2018年1月至2019年1月30例冠心病患者为冠心病组,另取同期30例非冠心病志愿者为非冠心病组,采用全容积三维超声心动图分别检测两组左室重构指数(LVRI)、左室心肌质量(LVM)、左室舒张末容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末容积(LVESV)及左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室整体扭转角度峰值(PGT)及峰值时间。结果冠心病组LVRI低于非冠心病组,LVM、LVEDV、LVESV高于非冠心病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠心病组LVEF、PGT、峰值时间低于非冠心病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全容积三维超声心动图可评价冠心病患者左心室结构与收缩功能情况,为治疗方案的确定提供依据。Objective To explore the role of full volume three-dimensional echocardiography in evaluating left ventricular structure and systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 30 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the coronary heart disease group and 30 non-coronary heart disease volunteers were selected as the non-coronary heart disease group in the same period.Full volume three-dimensional echocardiography was used in both groups to assess Left Ventricular Remodeling Index(LVRI),Left Ventricular Mass(LVM),Left Ventricular End-Diastolic Volume(LVEDV),Left Ventricular End-Systolic volume(LVESV)and Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction(LVEF),Left Ventricular Peak Global Twist(PGT)and time to PGT.Results LVRI in CHD group was lower than that in non-CHD group,with statistically significant difference.LVM,LVEDV and LVESV were higher than those in non-CHD group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.LVEF,PGT and time to PGT in CHD group were lower than those in non-CHD group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Full volume three-dimensional echocardiography can evaluate the left ventricular structure and systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease,and provide a basis for the determination of therapeutic schedules.
